Quality of education up to graduation level should be multi-skill development oriented

Graduation period should be reduced to 14 years instead of enhancing from 15 to 16 years. By increasing the period of basic study, indirectly nation is depriving the youth power utilization.

Youths of India have many great Ideas for the development of the country. Govt of India should identify the skilled youths and employ them in planning and development of various projects for the country and utilize their management skills to calculate the finances or generate the finances, predict the future requirements, research and development in various fields etc

In Central Govt , 75 yr is upper limit for inducting as a minister . But is seen that some retired Govt officers above 75 yrs of age are continuing in Govt as committee members / as advisors/etc. You are requested to maintain Cut off age for continuing in Govt as advisor / as a committee member. Such officers may be replaced with relatively younger persons. (Swyamsevak)

In Govt Nuclear Research organisation in Mumbai (white elephant), RTI queries are raised by employees. RTI is helpful to organisation. At Nuclear recycle Board, BARC (kalpakkam), Tamil Nadu Project Director sh. A.Roy threatens employees of disciplinary action /harasses /discourages for raising RTI queries. skill development is needed in promotion of RTI .( From Swyamsevak)

Few ideas I would like to share: 1. Please include compulsory case studies on development, moral science, national pride, personal skill, health in the school curriculum. 2. Community work point programme to proceed at every step in the career. 3. Fit India-Compulsory engagement of youth in sport of their choice or NCC till their undergraduate studies, 4. Skilled and unskilled methods should be taught to all students till class 12 atleast. These things should be point earning schemes.

PM's Man Ki Baat on board/ competitive exams - great.. Me father of two girls (one into prof studies & one in 12th now). My take on this issue is, Courtesy, illogical board exams, makes teachers who believe in only imparting information (rather than KNOWLEDGE). Stop grading schools based on RESULTS.. Importantly, make the kids know WHAT THEY R GOOD AT rather than WHAT THEY ARE INTERESTED IN. Every education institution today adopt a method of treating the students as CLIENTS.
