The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

If Govt will apply Commission like Central and other PSUs, It will not be a cup of tea of Bankers as well as Insurance Sector. Strike impacts seriously on Indian economy as well as Bankers because they cut their pay on strike days. I think it if Govt will apply this this will be a great step which is wholeheartedly welcomed by Bankers and Insurance employees.

I am a Banker and today was Bankers strike in all over India regarding Wage Revision Issue and others issue . I think Govt should apply a commission for the wage revision for Banking and Insurance Sector, because regarding this issue Bankers and all Insurance companies goes for strike many times ,which impacts seriously the health of Indian economy. The Bankers demands their wages and other facilities should be justified with comparisionble. to other Govt and PSU sectors which is reasonable.

Honourable Sir, In Uttar Pradesh illegal mobile towers are being raised. Even after complaints by us and order to stop these towers by DM and other authorities they are installing them. My particular case is from civil lines Kanpur. It is densely populated area and tower is at no distance from so many houses.

I am Chaitanya Reddy, a student of class 11 in a corporate college in Hyderabad. I am here to inform and request about WORKING OF COLLEGES ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND EVEN SUNDAYS. As all of us know that EDUCATION BECAME LIFE RATHER THAN PART OF LIFE. Colleges are keeping a lot of Pressure on Students. They say AIEEE coaching, IIT coaching,...... By these things students are parted from their daily life. Our life became as Education. I request to take necessary actions to avoid this.

In Mining Sector employees must be provided basic safety facilities with latest equipments which are not given, for incentive there must reward & appreciation system as these miners spare their life in risk to go underground to get the natural resources, Life & health Insurance must be provided to them & their family,& good place to live & education facility for their children along with sanitation facility to be provided to them, if they get these basic things then they can be encouraged.
