The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Skill development should be a part and parcel of the Job & Employment. All employees shd be given opportunity to upgrade their skill in their line of profession. After attaining the Skill, the employee shd be rewarded. As an example, an Engineer engaged in Construction, shd go for a Project Planning Course following Primavera project Planning. The engineer, after obtains the required proficiency, shd be given opportunity to apply the knowledge. He shd be rewarded if he succeeds..

The new aviation policy talks of setting up facilities for repair and overhauling... The Indian Air Force has facilities and trained human resource who can be drafted into setting up of over hauling facilities ... This will be an avenue for retiring personnel and also setting up overhaul hub near to the Aviation Hub coming up in Bangalore ... With private partnership we can become a hub for aircraft servicing in the ASEAN region ....

PM's 5-YEARS AGENDA of governance should focus on parallel cleansing of all the three branches - Executive, Legislature, Judiciary. This is possible only If RULE OF LAW and not political interference in governance is allowed to operate.. Bharat has gone into mess because of Govts. of all shades in the past allowed this to happen. This is the onlyway for Modiji to go down in the history as the best PM ever.It will be his real legacy to future generations besides being good for the country now.

Govt has to prefer to the efficient and excellent employee only. But in general CHAMCHE who are neither efficient nor suitable for any Govt Job always obtain the maximum preference whereas actual efficient employee always neglected by the crucial, selfish & corrupt BOSS. Actually a Govt Boss always likes those employee are moving aside the Boss without doing a work in a whole day. Boss may be charmed on a free gift or any profit held by the CHAMCHA however a large amount already expended for it

A reward prg has to introduce to find-out the corrupt employee. While a person submit the evidence against to any employee and found it correct then a large amount / benefit should be awarded to the person as well as corrupt employee should be fire without any benefit. There is no chance to excuse or any chance more. Once found corrupt then should be fire

A System may be inducted into Govt Sector to challenge their eligibility/suitability which are mandatory to the post holding the any Govt Staff from Upper to bottom level. In case any found unsuitability for the post or challenger is best for the post then Challenger should be appointed to the post as well as existing employee should be fire.
