The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

POST OFFICE REFORM: There is a scandalous report about post offices in Hyderabad. In some post offices the postmen thought that it was a great burden to deliver Aadhar cards. Therefore thy simply dumped them in the nearest dustbin. This is an issue that needs to be probed and the staff responsible held accountable.

POST OFFICE REFORM: There is an urgent need to spruce up postal services. Post offices have gone to seed as a result of the growth of th courier industry. In many post offices the staff do not turn up on time. Postmen do not do their work. Post boxes have been removed from many locations in cities.

I am working in a big MNC in IT sector. I feel sad when we have to IITs and IIMs for recruitment for the fresh talent because we are hiring the Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Non Computer branches/Electronics engineers and making them work on application development. In this role they will never use the skill and knowledge they have gained in their collages. Here are few solutions: 1. Regulate Hiring process for Orgs from institutions 2. Provide opportunities in field / research as they pass out

Sir,I am not a student of history. So what I am writing will appear as strange logic. Roman Lost their empire as they tried to destroyed Christianity, Mughals lost their empire as they tried to destroy Hindu temples. If now Hindus as described by RSS are to rule the nation for ever, Hindus must start building structures for all religion. It will be the greatest achievement of your Govt. if you could make Hindu organizations to build Babri Masjid and Ram temple side by side at Ayodhya

In my view there is no need of any incentive structure to develop requisite skill traits as globally mining is an advanced sector both in terms of equipment & mining processes. The sector calls for on the job training and skilled workers from ITIs can easily adapt to on the job requirements. In Engineering colleges specialization can be extended to mining technology so that technology adsorption & developing of some of the mining equipment manufacture with technology tie-ups can be given a boost

1) ITI colleges should run in both day and night shift; It will help the working class people to upgrade their skill along with earning there livelihood at day time. 2) Vocational training courses could be best for working class peoples 3) Industry should encourage its employees to upgrade their skill in ITI's.

Most respected Prime Minister. If u will pass an order that if anyone purchases or sell anything .then it is necessary to pay money by debit card or credit card but not cash. if the amount is higher then 5000. this will help us to protect the money to convert in black money. An idea can change the life

We all the current programmes/projects in the pipeline GOI will find it impossible to deliver them through IAS and allied services cadre. These people are not generally result oriented as they cannot be fired and promotion is assured on seniority. What GOI needs is a Senior Executive Service (SES) like the one prevails in Australia. Under this scheme highly qualified and experienced professional are hired nationally or globally on 5 year contract renewed only if performance indicators are met.
