Skill development is required in India for future prospects and the best pathway to mass skill development merge school and ITI for vocational knowledge. In schools academic study (also includes compulsory moral as well as social study ) is required to give to students before noon and skill knowledge is be given to student after noon that is mandatory for each and every student. Skill knowledge includes n.c.c. , first - aid and other ITI courses certification.

With regard to ur latest deal on WTO- food subsidy with US, pls enlighten us on the same to my email ID Rajiv_kumar1963@yahoo.co.in.. This is just to know whether the agreement is in our interests. Also, pls devise a system wherein a common man need not go to an Auditor or Advocate which will enable him to pay taxes on his own or seek justice w/o delay. Today's system is exploited by auditor and advocates who r not accountable and any lapse by them, clients have to suffer.

Skills should rated on experience other than exact bachelor degree. An experienced PG in MBA is not eligible to work equal to MSW-Project Coordinator/Mgr in Gov Sector.Where the experienced but still unemployed ppl will go?After working on NSDC projects I m unemployed.Skills must have some criteria in such case.Even PM said 1ce what can u do even if u are PG.Private sector refuse to accept after working on such a diff platform.don't know what to choose as a career coz I want to do what I like.

I have a two different approaches and a solution for the question.
Firstly current skill valuation bodies(if any) must be evaluated by higher authorities who can suggest improvement or re-structure the same.Secondly,at the ground level, skill thirsty candidates should be identified by evaluation(weekly, monthly or yearly) and vocational training, promotion and other incentives imparted to them given their performance doesn't exhausts after such.

Sir,
we have many people past 60 yrs still working in the organised sector as consultants. These so called consultants are already well settled. when we have so much of unemployment, then why still these people are allowed to work in the organised private sector.

First thing is to keep a minister in place for a reasonable length of time so that there is a continuity and stability in the policy and approach. This helps a lot for the professionals working in the sector to work on concrete plans without ambiguity. Rest I have no much to offer as I am a novice in this area.

Sir,
We have so many beggars on the streets. they are actually a burden on big cities, they make the city unclean by throwing filth in the open, occupying footpaths, urinating in the open, etc. but their contribution to population growth is very high. Can the Govt do something about sterilising these people.

I returned from Rwanda this week at Mumbai airport. I was surprised to know that inspite of so much hue & cry on Ebola, I was not subjected to any medical check for Ebola or Yellow Fever. No one even bothered to ask me for Yellow fever certificate at Mumbai airport. While in East Africa, I was subjected to such check up at smaller airports like Nairobi & Kigali and Mumbai airport, which is considered to be among the most busy airports in World doesn't have any such precautions in place

Sir, I want to make a request before you that please do not consider the requests of public sector undertakings for enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 as our youth are unemployed. Hence, fresh appointment should be opened in PSUs if possible.
