The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Dear sir The situation is not good for M.Sc. (Electronics) postgraduates regarding jobs. Better to close down this programme. IN ONE WRIT CASE AN H.C., HON’BLE CJ HIMSELF GIVEN VERDICT AGAINST THE GOVT.EMPLOYEE JUSTIFYING INTER STATE TRANSFER ORDER ISSUED ON 23/05 FOR THE MISBEHAVIOUR OF THE OFFICER (WHICH WAS FRAMED FALSE)TO HAVE HAPPENED ON 25/05 TWO DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF TFR ORDER. BUT SURPRISIINGLY HON’BLE CJ CONSIDERED IT TO BE AN ADMN REASON. RATHER THAN PROVEN ACT OF MALAFIDE IN NATURE AS THE REASON CREATED FOR TFR AFTER ISSUANCE CANNOT BE THE CAUSE.

Miners need to be insured at employers cost for injury, disaability and life. Govt should provide alternative employment to kin on compassionate grounds within 1 month. Underground allowance should be exempt from taxation and should be equal to 3 times the basic pay.equipment upgrade every 3 years to be ensured. Safey gear to be state of the art. Hospital at the residential and mining site besides avenues to upgrade. Overseas training may also be considered

During Atalji era, we used to get gas refill on same day. Why it is not possible now? No information on Road construction projects, since 3 months. can Nithin Ji highlight by email or sms.
