The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

while giving reward to employees , Hard work / output only should be criteria. Most of the times , sycophancy prevail over Hard wok & output . So demoralization gets introduced in the system. There should be clear cut demarcation between Horses & Donkeys.

Respected Sir, No doubt or second thought over your clean india through Swach Bharat Mission movement. It is a good initiative. But it should not be used to attain popularity or cannot be used to show the popularity. Till the time you show interest it will be on the road and then it will vanish. What are all the corrective and preventive actions proposed, how it is going to be gauged, what is the inspection method and how are the tangential benefits are going to be converted and shared

The required skill techniques should be identified basing on the requirement of each mining company. Risk allowance should be doubled. Accident compensation should be at higher rate and with on the spot sanction powers. Specialized training should be given to the employees to get themselves acquired with latest technology in mining. Each mining plant should be automated to the maximum extent possible for easier production with less risk by taking help of advance skills of foreign countries minig

For more detail Please Visit Arogya Apaka of Dr. C.M. Honourable PM Shri Modi ji , my opinion is to include " typing skills " from class 5th or 6th so that our children will have better handling of the keyboard , the reason i am telling is, i use only my right hand , that too only select fingers to do the same, which takes lot of time and an unskilled job. I have seen in China , everybody knows typing, because it is in their curriculam. We can do that. For the children those who take up Scientists or R&D jobs in Govt and private institutions, they can easily type their research article, patent applications etc.,
