FOR MAKING BAREILLY SMART THE PRIMARY THINGS WE HAVE TO FOCUS ARE: 1-traffic system in the city should be improved at all the major SQUARES and CIRCLES of the city by installing traffic lights. 2- cleaniness in the city should be taken care properly . 3- Electricty of the city is the major problem if it is not improved city will not at all become smart. 4- instead of flooding city with flex board install Digital hoardings in the city at few areas and advertise through that for all.

Building entirely new water systems is not an option for city. With ICT, cities can make their existing systems far more productive.
