The Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to thetop 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Raipur is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, RMC urges the citizens of Raipur to share their opinions and ideas to make your city “Raipur- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to your city!!

As i live near raipur so i want govt to concentrate in near by villages for their developement road facilities near baloda bazar is in very bad condition . But as far as raipur to be smart city it will be developed if near by small city will be developed .

People donot t use dustbins at all... congested areas wherever we go... i mean its not at all planned.. but is one of the safest city

Public transport, Air pollution by industries, cutting of trees, local people are not provided employment by factories working here.
