The great initiative taken by government by developing five villages as "tourist handloom village"
Now government should extended the persuasive to all Indian states to promote their own idiosyncratic and creative handicrafts to national and international market.

Government should take initiatives to safeguard the ground level workers engaged with handloom sector, many of them deprived by middle men. The following initiatives may be taken...
1. supply subsidised raw material
2. provide subsidised handloom mechinaries
3. destine minimum assistance price for their products
4. government should directly buy their products through proper channel.
