There is enough potential for Tirupati city development but much will depend on the tourist aspect of the water sports facilities (such a ocean Park.etc) need to be developed along with local market places.

The SMART City Proposal Round 1 was a great work and I appreciate the Municipal Corporation Tirupati and supporting agencies both government and non-government. Now I would suggest decreasing the size of area to be less than 700 acres or so, which will cover the Govinda Raj Swamy Temple, Pushkarini and major Transport hub of Tirupati.
