Counselling the people begging and unearthing these gangs is the foremost important step. Ensure citizens are aware and alert about such happenings in their locality and report to nearest authority.Stricter policing will also help in identifying such thugs on these grounds. Rehabilitation of beggars to safer environment.

No body wants to beg. But due to less skill they inclined towards begging. To start school in all temples in to school where they get educations and also start clinic where they go for good health.

I feel that the gangs behind the children who beg at traffic signals, sometimes sell some items should be caught. I heard that in cities these gangs work like industry. Also I am sure these children have been abducted and their parents may be still in search of them.

Round up all these syndicate members who will be 100% known criminals and thru them track other groups and jail themon RI after speedy trial.Liberate the kids and put them in proper Govt Schools after counselling for them and for the schools, teachers & other pupils as well to ensure acceptance of the rehabilitated children. Make efforts to reunite the kids with families wherever applicable. Action on warfooting needed for educating all in the country.

The Government should also take more effective measures to crush gangs which thrive on begging in an organised manner. More Rehabilitation homes should be opened where training where various skill development training may be provided. Such an effort will help the inhabitants to lead an honorable life. Instead of offering money to beggars, people should encourage them to work and thereby help them earn their living. The enforcement agencies should get to the bottom of the begging racket.

After rescuing Beggars from clutches of Syndicate operators, they should be covered under Food Security Program and Rehabilitation Scheme .Strict Laws must be made and existing laws relating to begging be scrutinised. Counselling must be done. Alternative skills training should be provided to them as per their ability to manage their livelihood. There must be effective punishment for the people involved in such heinous crime.
