It can make a lot of change. Also i would like to mention that because of so many fake organisations we are not even able to help the needful.

Shree Modi ji, Since last few days i was thinking how i can share my thoughts with you, and i found this yesterday. Thankyou so much for giving us this opportunity to do something for 'my country'. With regards to begging, it is not there there is no awareness. There are a lot of NGO's in India who help such people. But there are a lot of people in power who let children of our country reach here. We need to reach the roots. Also if our NGO's can take these children in their custody.

The fact that very few comments here are to the point on begging syndicates shows little awareness among the majority. The first people to be educated are the traffic police who are aware of such beggars and the rackets but least do they bother about taking action or informing appropriate authorities. Identifying such gangs is possible through such sources. Then simultaneously rehabilitation of the beggars is equally required. They refuse to be rehabilitated out of fear of torture in centers

Reforms should be main agenda of central and state govts which should cover all fields; Administration, Economic, Social, Political. We in India inherited systems from Britishers whose main objective was to ensure continuity of colonial rule whereas now not only objectives are different but also context has changed drastically and therefore total review is required to establish new systems to ensure delivery of services to the common man. Accountability and decision making are critical factors.

here is a novel idea for reducing fuel consumtion: car pools in big cities should be encouraged who ever pools for 4 to 5 people can claim some incentive with their petrol bills once in a month and such amount can directly transferred to their account supported by a photographic evidence
