PPP Contd: Many lower level officials want " Cuts" while certifying or making payments. The situation is such that honest people and institutions cannot participate in PPP projects. If PPP projects become transparent and trust worthy, our country can be transformed in no time. Today we have unmatched talent in civil society and private enterprises and most of them want to serve the country. There is a need to create an honest appellate body that monitors PPP projects.

One thing that requires attention is trustworthy rules for Public- Private Partnerships. The rules are completely in favor of " Public" that is Govt. What is astonishing is that Govt, which achieves only 40% efficiency, wants 100% efficiency from "Private". There are huge penalty clauses that are all for Private parties and none for Govt. Bureaucrats don't respect MOUs signed by their predecessors ....contd

There should be a shelter house for these kids for 1 yrs where volunteers can teach and motivate them for making life

If police refuse to accept bribe, it can be done. Illegal immigration has also to be stopped. All syndicates operate in collusion with local administration. Elected representatives can take it up and force the police to act. BEGGING IS A DISGRACE TO OUR COUNTRY.

We have to focus on the root cause and they are the kids. They focus on there trade of work in places most visited such as historical places, traffic signal, transportation areas. Separate group of people should be made who can follow these kids and reach till there families. There problems should be heard. If found guilty they should be treated no less than the syndicates. from there we should use their knowledge to locate these people who organize it. This is a long but effective process.

As we are struggling to get the right skill set in many areas despite of man-power, we are also struggling the leakage of skilled resources to foreign countries. One of the biggest reason is Weak Labor Laws, which force a less powered individula to leave their country for their own betterment. IT is one of the most unorganized sector in terms of labor. Isn't it high time to look into the issues of IT worker and strict organizations for harassing its resources. A strict law for both sides.

Organized syndicates should be punished and rehabilate the young children, women, girls, small kids thought proper channel.

Organised syndicates for begging are nothing but gangs of criminals who are committing the crime of forcing the children into begging and then taking away their earning. They should be treated as per the law of the land and sent behind bars. Their activities in any area are a clear reflection of the failure of police force and other law enforcing agencies of that area who need to be pulled up for dereliction of duty.The children thus saved from begging will need to be rehabilitated.
