Beggars should be picked up by the police and taken to rehabilitation centers where they should be given training in any skill they can use to earn a livelihood and should be helped to start earning using that skill.

Value education should be given in every class and financial literacy, legal literacy, civic sense, traffic rules should be part of curriculum from classes 6 to 10 in every school. Every school should have all three streams - science, commerce and humanities and any two (at least) vocational courses after 10th so that students can pursue the courses of their interest and ability and are not forced to choose from limited options even if they have no interest or ability or both in them.

1. It should be made mandatory to have at least two trees in front of every home./ building for betterment of environment. 2. It should be made mandatory for every house/building to install a cctv camera each in all open sides with recording of at least 30 days so that no anti-social activity goes unrecorded and anti-social elements can be caught easily.

Honourable PM, kindly insist the authorities concerned for video recording of all interviews of State & central Govt. recruitment. The live videos(with clear audio) of interviews may be uploaded to NIC server instantly(to avoid editing). This will reduce partiality, corruption, discrimination etc.. to some extend.

Government should ask all small scale and large scale industries to recruit through career centres..charge them for services.. career centres should provide skill training .. For the candidates , those who are above 18 and dropped out of college..pick from college list..
