There should be a provision for audit of telcos. Any arbitary profiteering should be made illegal and punishable.
The IUC charges if applied should be rational and any benefit availed by company in sharing of spectrum vs IUC should be passed onto consumer.

Make it simple for all users .Let spectrum be considered as a facilitator for reaching out to all people in the country rather than a source of revenue for Government . If reciprocity amongst operators is not possible to be kept free, let there be a single low uniform rate of 1 to 2 percent for all new and existing operators irrespective of 2G, 3G or 4G.

Every telecom provider is fooling customer except BSNL. But no support or backing of policies by BSNL due to some undue policies framed by Telecom Ministry. No immediate action taken in the interest of customer, Bsnl and lastly Our country. This is very bad situation . Why governmnet owned PSUs are making loss , this is one of the finest example.

The steep download charges accrued by telecom service providers from the purchase of storage equipment that are imported and the penchant for large money without capital investment. This is the problem not just without sharing of mobile antennas and towers located in a specific area or locality but in cities as well. This gives the telecom service providers teeth to dupe the end user without making appropriate provision for spread of network. TRAI need to make this clear to the judiciary.

It seems Trai has not too much control on telecom companies. Telecom companies are making fool to customers. They are charging very high price for internet plans while the quality is worst.
we are getting 3g speed as it is 2g and there is no value of 2g speed. it seems They are selling their 2g plans as 3g and 3g plans as 4g.

When the net pack turns out to be empty, the customer is not asked for a choice to continue with mobile data using their main balance. Because of this many customer unknowingly loose their talk time. I think there should be some mechanism so that customer is asked for the choice.

All operators are making fool to people and TRAI has no control over it
Selling internet of huge price but not actual speed is obtain..
and their 2G claims 64 kbps but not even images are open on it
so TRAI should control them

There should be uniform charges throughout the entire country. One India - One rate. No roaming, no STD charges irrespective of the 'Operator'. Penalty for call drops at-least in important cities.

It seems Trai has not too much control on telecom companies. Word interconnected...while issuing a license to any telecom company government must secure customer's right ..means company is going to launch its services in all states or in potential areas only . If they want to start only in few states ..compulsory for them is that no interconnected charges should be there . Need of time is TRAI must issue guidelines to all companies to provide one INDIA zone ..no interconnectivity charges
