Nowadays, the Smartphone has become very affordable and most of the household has at least one Smartphone. In addition to voice communication, it is being increasingly used for accessing online internet services. However, the mobile network coverage is not being extended upto the last mile in East Siang district. Therefore, mobile network coverage needs to be extended to remote areas so that every citizen can get benefit from online e-governance services.

If smart city is established at Pasighat, they were having a big opportunity to show their talent and attract business man and small firm from the international level. By which our Pasighat will known in the international level. Lack of public/community toilets. In Pasighat we have lack of public / community toilet for the people. It’s the first need of our people and other people who were coming. Municipal should implement public / community toilet on market, nearby park and offices.

We should provide good urban infrastructure for good road ways and as well as we should also develop the drainage system, to make the safety of the roads. By which rain water will not damage the roadways. And also create treatment plant for the solid waste management and community waste management by which people will regulate the waste materials in proper way. By which Pasighat will be a clean city.

The government pro-industry orientation has boosted up the tourist industry in general and health tourist industry specifically, which has shown tremendous achievements since the last decade. Pasighat is the preferred destinations for medical tour ism nowadays , given the low exchange rates, highly qualified medical specialist, high technology medical devices, international credentialed safety and quality services.

The existing General Hospital Pasighat has been found insufficient for people of Pasighat and its neighbouring areas in terms of medicines, equipments, doctors, staffs and infrastructures. Both the left and right banks of Siang river may be used for tourism purpose. In this regard, the department of tourism of city should take initiatives. Sanction be accorded against each monument of the freedom fighters of the Adis for maintenance. As these monuments of Adis located/erected at different areas under Adi areas usually and frequently visited by the foreign visitors

Government Quarters for Group A,B,C officer should be constructed separately like flat system so that less space is required for the construction. For this purpose the Govt. Quarters sparsely scattered can be dismantle for the purpose. Since Govt. Land is limited the space available (Govt. Quarters) should be use for other development activities. There should not be further land allotment in the township area as govt. Land is limited for development activities.
