The residential colonies should be well planned with proper link roads, drainage system etc proper waste/dust bin collection site to be constructed and regular collection of dustbin/domestic waste should be carried out by the municipal agencies and that a proper disposal/dumping site should be earmarked at a place outside the township area and away from any flowing stream or river to have a cleaned city.

When we talk about the skilled manpower in Pasighat we must concentrate on some key points. Our educational upbringing and our prejudices about the opportunities in Pasighat. We are best in software (look to quick heal software). We are the best in management skills. So we are having a potent manpower but if we are lacking somewhere it is in the effective utilization of the commodity we have got.

So I think we all Pasighat citizens should get united and we should be made aware about the importance to be skilled and should support each other to develop our skills. Pasighat government should provide best possible competitions and opportunities to skilled manpower and should concentrate more on practical approaches then theoretical one.

Cleanliness, moral values, society and social are some of the ethics that is to be learned by our coming generation. "Teachers are the nation builder" is as true as truth itself. Government should take care of it. There should be no reservation in this job and only the one who deserves it should be taken for the job. we will have to rise above party, politics, race, region, creed and caste for build a nation.
