In Assam, There are 2000-3000 schools under one district circle area which problematic to monitor. For good school functioning, creation of separate Education district is required. One district should deal with only 400-600 schools. Like district, under one block only 50--80 schools should be included. Under one block there should one inspector/CRCC for 5 schools. For Each block should one computer lab with modern amenities for web monitoring of school and student performance and MDM implementat

Respected Sir, I know cast system is necessary for the sake of lower class people to grow up BUT not for all. There are many people around us who really don't deserve AARAKSHAN But they are using this for there better life which affects the poor student of general category like us. We need to do something for humanity, for equality,For the development of our India. As the last scheme lunched by Indian Gov. by giveup subsidy (http://www.givitup.in/) .I was really impressed by our Goverment.......

On one hand Indian Government is talking about 1% percent of GDP being spent on Education on the other hand students are not getting even getting any financial support from Government to study. I have seen the reality of Government's claims about education loan, how banks refuse the students for loans to stop them seeing dreams. I am also one of the victim of that i have been selected for Israel Government Scholarship after my hard work but don't have money to pursue my studies in Israel.

The financial assistance to students can be stopped by making all the education available free by charging a cess or educational tax. The present system of assistance do not give any productivity as the students are not taking the studies seriously and many do not even complete the course. When education made free, the chance for education is within every ones reach and no financial assistance is needed. The educational loan is the worst plan as it is the nightmare of Banks with no repayment.

There needs supportive systems instead of physical carriage of books. Be it any standard students are carrying huge weight on their backs, leading to lot of physical shake in their regular life. particularly female children are leading to problems in their pregnency according to few doctor's openion. May I reqeust the concerned to reduce weight by substantiating through other sources at the earliest.

Modiji Mid- Day Meal to children should be supplied by governmental agencies with quality food products. It is checked regularly by concerned authorities. A committee should be formed in all schools with at least two parents and ensure that quality food is receiving to all eligible children. Response from the school committee was collected monthly by the authorities and correct complaints if any.Scholarships were provided for eligible ones without considering APL or BPL.
