Although there are several social media platforms for consumers to post their complaints but a single uniform platform for all Indian would have a far better impact when legal actions need to be pursued against misleading advertising bodies based on consumer negative votes or complaints.

An online consumer forum should be set up covering all regions of our country grouped according to their municipality or bank accounts should have complaint registry where consumers can post their distress and anguish regarding advertised products and make others aware of the misleading advertisements. Such consumer posts should be taken into consideration after reaching a certain threshold of negative votes, to pursue a legal action against the advertising body based on consumer complaints.
