To encourage JAN BHAGIDARI and to make the procedure of budget formation transparent, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2017-18. As you may recall, this has been a regular feature on MyGov for the last two years.

Citizen from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of the budget making process. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

Last year we had an overwhelming response with over 40,000+ suggestions for Union/ Railway budget. Several of the suggestions received on MyGov were incorporated in the last year’s budget. To know more about these, click here.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th January, 2017.

Dear PM sir, pl stop providing reservation in every field, on the basis of cast and religion. make an arrangement to give free education to all poor, irrespective cast and religion up to class 10 or 10+2, after that let every body face competition and on the basis of merit person will go for higher education and service, then only real India will sine. jai Hind

Govt must control the price of the "Stunt" used in angioplasty. The manufacturing cost and end user pay 800 to 100 times more than the manufacturing cost. Govt must put a break to this. so that thousands of poor peoples life will be saved. and make echo testing (cordiac test) quipment compulsory in the all the hospitals at the reasonable cost. so that people can get test and find if any blockage in the heart and functioning also. Election should be totally digital,no polling booth. All people should vote online, too much amount will be saved which will be used for human empowerment.

SHELL COMPANIES TO PREVENT SHELL COMPANIES FROM DOING HAWALA ETC. ENSURE THAT ALL REGISTERED COMPANIES MUST PAY PAN NUMBER CONTROL FEE OF rS.10000 EVERY YEAR. BANKS MUST ENSURE THAT THE PAN NUMBER IS RENEWED FOR OPERATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS. BANK SITES CAN BE LINKED TO CBDT SITE AND ROC SITE SO THAT NO COMPANY CAN BE MISSED OUT. ROC WEBSITE WILL PROVIDE THE PAN NO. AND AADHAR CARD DETAILS OF DIRECTORS OF ALL THE COMPANIES WITH DETAILS PAN NUMBER CONTROL FEE PAID FOR BANKS TO ACCESS.

dear sirs Kindly put Turnover of tax of 1% on audited turnover of all companies including pvt. ltd. companies. this will be called tax administration charge. This way all companies including loss making companies will be covered as a lot of TDS and related administration work is involved with companies. However for tax paying companies this tax administration charge can be deducted from the final tax paid/payable. no carry forward is allowed.

Dear Sir, sir meri aapkse ek gujarish hai ki all govt. school me computer subject compulsory hona chayee unke liye computer teacher higher qualification hone chyee jis terh se japan, china,etc. or bhi kai bhut sari country hai jinme surwat se computer education ko accha bena rekha hai. humare yeha 12th pass kerne ke bad koi btech , bca kerta hai jab weh computer knowlege aati hai . ager yahi knowlege 5th class se surwat ho jaye to aane wala student desh ke vikas ko aage bhedayega.
