To encourage JAN BHAGIDARI and to make the procedure of budget formation transparent, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2017-18. As you may recall, this has been a regular feature on MyGov for the last two years.

Citizen from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of the budget making process. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

Last year we had an overwhelming response with over 40,000+ suggestions for Union/ Railway budget. Several of the suggestions received on MyGov were incorporated in the last year’s budget. To know more about these, click here.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th January, 2017.

SIR,1.All fixed properties should be linked to aadhar number.If not possible apply at least for leaders & ORGANISED SECTORS .Identification of family members should be provided in adhar number.2.All government services should be automatized.3.All charges on online transactions should be removed.4.INCOME TAX should be removed & BANK TRANSACTION charges should be imposed. 5.Hippocracy in leaders should be abolished by implimenting genuine e-governance.

Please impose minimum of 5% production tax on commercial crops like Coffee, Tea, Cardamom, Areca Nut, Black pepper etc.

4. Education loan/Personal Loan & House loan should be below 7% per Year. 5.Medicines For cancer/diabetes/cardiology/neurology should be controlled by govt.

This budget should be provide the liverage of tax rates for salary people. and reduce the tax rates . the first slab should be 5%. The budget should provisioned for agriculture people, few state was not able to implemented agricultral crop insurance. set up an committee to monintor. the Most important source of water. The common policy for water sharing for all the states. so that they have to plan and utlise the 100% rain water.

Respected Sir As India consists of middle class family,aspirations are really high and family do want to earn and save for there future.My submission to you is that,I do have the following suggestions as a middle class family menmber- 1.Tax should be above 360000 lakhs per annum. 2.Health insurance for family consisting 2 Adults & 2 Children should be Rs.5000 per annum for a 7 lakh policy and it should be driven by govt. insurance company. 3.Health Insurance for senior citizen .
