this budget should encourage real estate and buying house should be affordable for common man who is tax payer. now days after demonetisation in some part of mumbai city situation has arose such that even if seller want to sell for lower price (full white) he/she can not because of high ready reckoner rates. It is in urgent need to review ready reckoner rates. Secondly only way to reduce the cost of house in mumbai city is by increasing FSI.

Dear Sir / Madam, A sincere suggestion on improving tax base and reduce tax burden at the same time. (1) Keep Tax exemption limit at 2.5 Lakhs (2) 5% Tax slab for 2.5 Lakhs to 7.5 Lakhs, (3) 15% Tax for 7.5 Lakhs to 15.0 Lakhs, (4) 25% Tax for 15.0 to 25.0 Lakhs and (5) 35% Tax above 25.0 Lakhs. Let more people pay atleast a small amount of tax. Let the burden on middle class and neo-middle class be reduced so that there is willingness among them to pay tax and not avoid it. Regards.

Sir can govt instruct all schools including nursery and playgroup that whatever fees they are charging should be shown as tuition fee.. because currently for nursery admission also they show 4-5000 as tuition fee and where as rest they put as devlopment charges etc.. so parents would not get much benefited with this gimick which schools are playing..

Dear Sir, My suggestions are as follows: 1. Increase the tax slabs - 0% tax on an income up to INR 500,000 & so on 2. Deduction for home loan should increase to INR 350,000 for all categories since initial 5 years are tough 3. Children education allowance should be at least INR 2000 per month (presently its only INR 200 per month) 4. Medical expenses nowadays goes up to INR 50000 per year and more from the present limit of INR 15000. Please do something about it #Budget2017 #MoF #MyGov

Sir in order to promote people to use digital system please reduce taxes on smartphones so that normal people can purchase 3g or 4g enabled handsets at economical rates. Also if TRAI suggest service providers to provide internet at cheaper rates everybody will try to use internet and in this way government ultimately can get more revenue if people goes with more digital transactions.
