Day 1 Case is filed in front of both parties (absence makes it ex-parte) Day 2 - both parties sit with Lawyers to work out a solution Day 3 - Court hears both sides and gives the verdict ..Court Cases process should be as simple as that...unfortunately Courts are one of the biggest corruption dens ..huge monetary transaction takes place in cash each day ...please reform this area Thanks and Warm Regards Kaushik Chatterjee

Dear Sir, On the Judiciary front, a whole scale reform is the need of the hour to benefit the common man. I have been trying my case since 2010 for justice without any luck. All Court cases should be compulsorily videographed and raw footage published online. Any Civil case should be settled within 3 hearings/sittings. Any Judgement has to based on black and white rules and not be subjective or dependent on the Judge's individual opinion. Regards Kaushik Chatterjee

Dearest Modi Saheb, Namaskar .I share some lines for my india. 1) Reservation system should be removed. 2) If reservation is not removed then it should be given to poor family and include all religions. 3)General candidate with 95% have no seat in higher education but reserved student with lower marks are allowed to take in higher class admission. No value of talent in this country. 4)Brain drain will b stopped. 5) Terrorist no will be less. 6) Ek desh-ek rule-ek policy for all people

There should be a minimum limit of salary in private educational institutes whether they are schools, study centres or engg. colleges. It will bridge the gap between govt. and private teachers.

Sir, My views

Thanks Every citizen and govt to make my Bangalore as HELL. Its a city of software and speed .. but to travel 20km it take 3 hours no metro in main areas because of BMTC politics .. Sir building toh banti jaa rhi hai but road kha se aaegyi. A special message to that people who buy 7 seat car and going alone in a car you are also responsible for traffic..If we educated people and our govt doesnot make any solution then we will lost the beautiful city.. (5km distance covered by minimum 1 hour.)

dear sir, please make all payments online i.e. either through paytm or BHIM, in trains or on platform for any kind of purchase eg. meal, snacks, fruits, books, toiletries etc. this small step will definitely check the corruption on a large scale & will reduce black money generation. regards

Dear sir, there should be a good platform for recruitment of amateur writers, lyricists. story-writer etc.in TV, Bollywood etc. so that they can get chance to prove themselves. They also have such a good talent as the established personalities.It should be encouraged.

Sir, In this modern era the 21st century we are still have the category system on the basis of caste. But in this we can see those people who are benefiting with this reservation don't need reservation. They are far better than more of the lower middle class and poor People. So sir i want to suggest that provide reservation on the basis of income group. it will improve the living standard and they will get benefits.
