The present Civil Services structure needs to be scrapped and there should be more emphasis on professionals. The job should be contractual in nature with high accountability and intake should be also through psychometric tests. Administrative acumen and subject expertise should be tested rather than stuff on GK and Gandhi, Nehru, Tagore.

Dear Sir, We need a robust feedback system for our PSBs. I find a lot of people who are not happy with our bankers. There should be definitely some guidelines for dealing with customers or some committee or association for assessment of any govt. orgnsn. & its employees. People should be treated equally, no prejudice/biasing, direct feedback without fear is reqrd. Above any govt. unit, a committee is required that keeps an eye on problems which public is facing while dealing with that unit.

Sir, Health and Education are the two most serious problems of our Nation. I request you to assure 'adequate functioning' of so far announced/ constituted PGI/AIIMS level hospitals. In many areas we have the infrastructure but not the Doctors.Education- something like 'One Nation, One Board' ought to be implemented and new job creation should be addressed on priority. Sir, the Gov has already so many schemes in this field, requesting you to announce the set up of new industries.
