Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.

Separate data banks for nationwide transactions attached with the global data centres with security filters It helps in restricting direct foreign access to data of national importance. Data centres shall be located at different areas, may be in divided in zones or so, it helps in classifying storage in case of urgent necessity. An independent monitoring council may be established separately for strict compliance with direct access to an individual in case of security threats etc ...

Wealth tax - Presently there is no system to track n more than 90 percent people don't pay. Suggestion - Like other TDS, this need to be paid by buyers to gov @ 20℅ at the time of registration. Claim - The seller can reclaim this 20℅ within 2 years by showing the proof of investment/house purchase/construction If the gov send notice to people who sold property in last 5 years, it will show more than 90℅ have not paid.

the best way of electricity is solar energy is used with the help of solar panel solar panel.solar panel have charged our batteries and they can be used anytime day and night solar energy is infinitive and that cannot be end. solar energy not be pollute our environment and they can used easy and solar energy have low investment

Respected sir, Request made a policy or revised issue liquors in army for serving or retired personnnels. Huge loss to army due to liquors as well as social issues. Kindly look into this matter because issue related to security of nation as well as welfare of all serving retired personnnels future.

Strict policy for all online shopping website which is advertised by search engines i.e. Google and others website. Request only authorised advertised or data will be uploaded by search engines and also make responsibilities for the same to concerned sites. Fake websites list also will be uploaded by IT cell from time to time and legal action also taken against defaulted.
