To ensure proper quality of education, children of teachers in government schools should also study in those schools and also those of people working in the departments. Due to which all the teachers will also pay attention to all the children to study them properly. There should be a system of overtime and fixed salary in all institutions, companies and private departments. All institutions and companies should recruit a certain number of employees so that employment shortage can be addressed. When the land is given on contract to the land owner, only the contractor gets the benefit of government schemes.

Submissions for your consideration as under:- 1. Salaried tax payers are adversely impacted everywhere in social life as they don't get any weightage in our country, contrary to other ordinary citizens and several countries as well that's why these tax payers are against the government. Salaried class be treated with at least if not more. 2- Check, monitor and control the leadership level and style of Ministers otherwise there will be no difference than opposition leaders. 3. Ministers appraisal is a must and must be highlighted regularly. Apply professionally developed appraisal system. 4. Government's 100 days performance with states performance be notified regularly. 5. National values, cultural values and human values be allowed to be practised in real life instead of preaching by all four pillars of our Democracy selectively.

Every city in India should get several ward inspectors who work directly under central government. Their role should be to monitor each and every area in their respective wards, check and inspect every area for the cleanliness, hygeine, sanitization, roads, waste management, day to day problems of residents living in respective wards. They should be accessible for citizens but only with respect to the above mentioned problems. Their work should be completely transparent and committed for building a good nation. The local municipal corporation is of no use. Unless and until the centre monitors these cities are not going to be clean and tidy. All these appointed ward inspectors should be tracked on gps so that the central government can actually monitor them. This needs to be done on urgent priority as far as development is concerned.

The Central Excise Bill 2024 also proposes that goods made in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) will not automatically avoid excise duty if brought to mainland India. Any applicable exemption will be notified separately. If implemented, this measure could curb the misuse of incentives and alleged duty evasion at SEZ units.

Our country will become strong only when our laws are made for the benefit of the country. Just look at section 16(4) of GST, forcibly charging double tax on the taxpayers. This is a shameful act of our made law. Despite the existence of such rules, where is the justice system in which one has to pay double tax. For this the finance minister started hating everyone, this is a big reason for loss of vote, I understand it from an example, if any businessman claims any IC after 18 months then it will not be accepted and double tax is imposed on it, this rule is totally wrong, small taxpayers are the most affected by this, this is also becoming the trumpet of protest against the Modi government. It can be said in this way that if the government does some work and goes to ask for votes after 18 months or more, it will not get credit for it. The people of UP and other places have told us this. Change 16(4) because credit is needed in both situations. to be continue in pdf

Budget is to be presented in July. Public friendly budget is expected. Ultimately public spending will move our country towards 3rd largest economy. Direct taxes rates shall be reduced to give middle class some cash in hands and indirect taxes rates shall be made reasonable. Toll rates are very high and absolutely unjustified. Government shall not become money making business man. It is for welfare of common people.
