The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has prepared a draft of the 'Central Excise Bill, 2024'. This new draft bill aims to replace the outdated Central Excise Act, 1944, with a comprehensive and modern central excise law. The primary focus of the consultative process is to enact a law that factors in ease of doing business and removes redundant provisions. The draft bill comprises 12 chapters, 114 (one hundred and fourteen) sections and two schedules.

Your suggestions/comments/views are invited in the pre-legislative consultative process on the draft Bill for shaping an efficient, clear, and business-friendly law on the MyGov platform.

विकसित राष्ट्र के निर्माण हेतु सरकार द्वारा अनेको कार्यक्रम योजनाओं का क्रियावन किया जा रहा है परंतु धरातल पर उसकी वास्तविकता कुछ और है तथा आंकड़ों को तोड़-मोड कर शासन सरकार में प्रस्तुत की जा रही है। जब तक हमारे माननीय क्षेत्रीय विकास मैं उत्पन्न होने वाली शिकायतों क्रियाकलापों पर गंभीरता पूर्वक अवलोकन निष्पादन में अपनी भूमिका को सुनिश्चित नहीं करेंगे तथा चलाई जा रही योजनाओं का सत्य प्रतिशत बिना भेदभाव भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त क्रियावन अपने क्षेत्र में नहीं करेंगे तब तक पात्र व उपयुक्त लाभान्वित नहीं हो पाएंगे ।

विकसित भारत की परिकल्पना सबसे पहले ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से अर्थात ग्राम पंचायत से ही सुनिश्चित की जा सकती है जब तक हमारे ग्राम पंचायत आत्मनिर्भर नहीं होंगे तब तक हम अपने आप को पूर्ण रूप से विकसित नहीं कह सकते ।

विकसित भारत संकल्प अभियान को जीव आत्म स्वरूप देने के लिए आवश्यक है कि भ्रष्टाचार पर पूर्ण रूप से नियंत्रण लगाया जा सके जब तक भ्रष्टाचार पर पूर्ण रूप से अंकुश नहीं लगाया जा सकेगा तब तक विकसित भारत की परिकल्पना करना व्यर्थ होगा संपूर्ण जनमानस में जब तक राष्ट्र प्रेम की जागृति उत्पन्न नहीं होगी ऐसा करना पूर्ण रूप से संभव नहीं है ।

2024 में अपने यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में प्रचंड बहुमत तथा तीसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में आदरणीय मोदी जी को चुने जाने वह नई मंत्रिमंडल के गठन पर मंत्रिमंडल के सभी सदस्यों को हृदय से बधाई🙏🙏💐💐 आशा ही नहीं अपितु पूर्ण विश्वास है कि इस नए कार्यकाल में भारतवर्ष के लिए ऐतिहासिक कार्य एवं निर्णय लिए जाएंगे ।

खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली खाद्यान्न सबसे लोकप्रिय कार्य से संपूर्ण जनमानस सरकार का हार्दिक आभार एवं धन्यवाद व्यक्त करती है ( 1 ) महोदय परंतु वास्तविकता यह भी है कि इस विधेयक से तमाम ऐसे लोग भी हैं जो गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर जीवन यापन कर रहे हैं और हर तरह से सक्षम है और उक्त खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं परंतु अपात्र हैं ! जिससे सरकार पर अतिरिक्त भार पढ़ रहा है जिससे अनेकों विकास के कार्य में अतिरिक्त व्यय से प्रभावित हो रहा है। ( 2 ) महोदय उक्त योजना में पात्रता की रूपरेखा सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है तथा उसका अनुपालन उससे भी अति आवश्यक है ।

खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली खाद्यान्न सबसे लोकप्रिय कार्य से संपूर्ण जनमानस सरकार का हार्दिक आभार एवं धन्यवाद व्यक्त करती है ( 1 ) महोदय उक्त खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली खाद्यान्न बाजार मैं मिलने वाली फुटकर मूल्य से अगर राशन की दुकान पर उक्त मिलने वाली खाद्यान्न का क्रय लाभार्थी द्वारा किया जाए तथा खाते में उसकी सब्सिडी / लाभ जो भी सरकार के द्वारा अनुमानित/ निर्धारित लगाया जाए वह धनराशि लाभार्थी के खाते में भेजा जाए जिससे कि कालाबाजारी भ्रष्टाचार पर 100% अंकुश लगाया जा सके वह पात्र लाभार्थियों को ही लाभ मिल सके । धन्यवाद

Modi 3.0 government declares to build 3 Cores houses for poor but beneficiary should have conditions .If anyone applying for government jobs the condition is that he or she doesn't have more than two siblings.Like this when government selecting beneficiary for this scheme he or she doesn't have more than two siblings.It is necessary to think over this to control population explosion. All excise payments to be made in digital format in every state and union territory of india. Artificial intelligence should be used to track any scam. Andhra Pradesh is the first state that sells liquor in only digital payments. No cash payment should be allowed in excise and transparency should be encouraged by tracking payments and reduce corruption in excise department by illegal transactions in cash. Excise officers are easily making huge black money during field work. The root level work should be done to curb corruption
