seeing recent conditions of our environment increasing heat and decreasing water level we should try to plant trees and improve the environmental conditions till some extent. there should be some campaign started regarding planting trees because if any one try to plant trees then even in empty space people don't allow to plant trees because they throw domestic garbage.

This website does not have any mechanism to extract and sort the submissions--its user interface needs to be improved to make it worthwhile for productive interaction. eg. the reader must be able to delete/hide those submissions which are vague/unimplementable/general/poorly thought thru/repeated/non-relevant to the topic/ etc. there should be a way to tag people who are likeminded and who are irrelevant. Irrelevant people's submissions must not appear or be hidden.

Pollution control measures cannot be implemented in piece meal manner without adequate infrastructure and staff. The constitution of the CPCC is top heavy. Member secretary is IFS (indian forest service) officer without adequate staff, time or powers. There may be 3 IFS officers in the setup (secretary environment, director environment, deputy conservator of forests) with nobody really in control. No names and date of joining are mentioned at http://chandigarh.gov.in/dept_cpcc.htm.

Who is the contact person in the CPCC who has the authority to FINALLY IMPLEMENT decisions? How does one get ALL the 534 submissions received uptill now in text form? to extract practical suggestions in point form? Who is the clerk at the CPCC who will be doing most of the work in sorting out these suggestions and what are their contact details? What is the timeframe to make a first draft of implementable suggestions?

Rules should be made to boost up people for planting trees. They must plant trees as per the number of members in the family, either on their terraces or nearby areas
