Waste treatment : Without bothering for distance or cost of waste recycling and management, facilities to recycle or dispose of waste according to classification, facilities for 100 years in sight should be created 25-50 kms. away from the city and at least 5-10 kms. away from main highway/state roads in interior areas.

Wastebins : Wastebins for handling items of (a) plastic products (b) paper based waste and (c) cigarettes be put up in the city. The design should allow for cleanliness to be maintained and ease of dispensing and collection/gathering. Bins should be emptied twice per day or more, as per specific call by any ciizen, to the municipal council.

Sewer system : Ensure a strong sewer system with no leakages, easy to clean blockage systems. Make a detailed plan to divert sewer from houses of old city away from the lakes and lay new sewer lines on land at such places and discontinue the old lines laid in the lakes. For some time this will create traffic problems but with technological advancement now a days, work swiftly and on small areas and advance further, after rapidly completing work of one tract.

public must be motivated to throw the solid waste in the dust bin only. more and more dust bin must be kept in public area, and all dustbins must cleaned multiple times in a day. door to door garbage collection schemes must be implemented in the city.
