Sewer system : Ensure a strong sewer system with no leakages, easy to clean blockage systems. Make a detailed plan to divert sewer from houses of old city away from the lakes and lay new sewer lines on land at such places and discontinue the old lines laid in the lakes. For some time this will create traffic problems but with technological advancement now a days, work swiftly and on small areas and advance further, after rapidly completing work of one tract.
