No Smart City Without Footpaths. Pl make walkable, stumble-free, and encroachment-free footpaths in every smart city for ordinary citizens, particularly for the elderly and children. There cannot be a smart city without footpaths.

Sir, Installation of Bio Toilets and keeping premises clean of the area, always on a tap of cleaning the toilets are must as this is highly running populated area. Importance should be given to these lines, local government should give priority on cleanliness. As discussed earlier, saperate corridor for Hospitals, Educational Institutions and other facilities to be drawn for convenience of public by considering other's opinions also.

Dormitories can be provided on 12 hour checkout basis by tourism department or TTD at affordable rates so that the number of people resting in public places like the railway station is reduced .Beggars can be trained as tourist guides, cooks and given loans to start independent ventures by MUDRA bank.

CCTV must be installed at not only main roads but also at hidden points of the city and must be under supervision of a separate and special department for security.

An important issues is: pure drinking water. The water people receive at home should be drinkable without needing any extra purification process. I would't call a city "smart" if even as basic need as pure water is not served to its citizen. changes. #SmartCity #MyGov

The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable.

Sir, in the rest of the town & the foothills the lives of the local population is entwined with that of the TTD. Mostly agrarian, this section can be tapped with farming inputs to increase the yield of rice & mango crop. Horticulture will also be suitable here and an effort made to familiarise the locals with newer techniques & e-retail-auction. Children willing to take up other avenues should be encouraged with computing & BPO's for which hi-speed cables & electricity will be necessary.

Sir, the main and only attraction will continue to remain the Shrine of Lord Balaji, hence any proposal for improvement should factor in the concerns of the locals & devotees. More green energy in the form of a solar park, recharging ground water resources, further afforestation to hold the integrity of the hills & mountain sides, increase monitoring with security cameras, increase highway short stay centers. TTD should probably create a mobile app for e-seva / e-ticketing with id security.

Sir, the holy towns of Tirumala-Tirupathi are synonymous with TTD & the benevolent presence of the Lord of the Seven Hills. TTD along with the local governmental bodies has been pro-active in afforestation, green energy, water conservation, health care, transport & highway assistance, hospitality & transport hubs. Given the high density of travelling population, the security perception & the sensitive spiritual nature of the place, improvements should be planned suitably, carefully.
