I love in Berlin for 10 years now and invested in a nice apartment on the 10th floor near DLF. With this smart city initiative, I feel proud of myself allover again for a smart decision! :D *collars up*

Given the planning of Kolkata, it is imperative that we spread our structures vertically upwards since we don't have much space around. But higher the buidings, riskier gets disaster impacts like earthquakes. This ia a serious concern

The Smart city will be the symbol of “Swachh Bharat”-clean, disciplined, pollution free, employment generative, dynamic, maintaining the law and order of the country, a bright example of peaceful and happy digital India.

I am a fitness freak and love walking the parks in Newtown. Can we just have better lighting in the parks though? It doesn't feel safe

Even though Rajarhat and Newtown area was not as populated even a few years back, the place is flourishing at the moment. Free wifi adds to the list of advantages of living in this area even more!
