On all footpath, shade trees shall be planted leaving sufficient open space on footpath for the tree to accumulate water during rains and beneath this space allocated for three, there should be deep soft soil so that the roots of growing threes may penetrate the soil and make the tree strong and long lasting. Lucknow city can be developed as a heritage city by developing the old heritage of Lucknow. Things which can be improved are: 1: Traffic(Signal enforcement should be done) 2: Waste management and cleanliness. 3: Gomti Ghats and river front can be developed. 4: heavy traffic roads must have underpasses for pedestrian. (1090 crossing is the best example of this where parking is not being utilized due to this) 5: Parking place should be provided and control unauthorized parking in every market
