1 FOR making smart city there should be smart governance by e governance in all government department.
2 people should also be smart,educated and employed for their employment government takes some step like a man who sells fast food at road side given job in canteens which is funded by state government.
3 for making city clean government makes some plan like the colony which is very clean given reward to the sabhashad etc.
4 proper system for garbage treatment

LED base direction map should be shown on each crossing e.g. suppose in Ganj crossing when you reach from rajbhavan then you see on top having a line where dotted spot are shown with name of colonies the way it is shown in metro train of delhi. so here lef big board will have left line with led lights which will show charbag, alambagh and if traffic is high then it wd be in red else orange (light traffic) and green (no traffic). right board will show badshaahnagar,nishatganj; middle wd show gan

Respected Sir,I want to share my views on regarding the smart city Lucknow.My view are like this-
1 Traffic lights must be situated at every chauraha.
2 The outskirts roads of Lucknow must be widened.
3 Proper garbage system must be there.

1: proper transport facility
2: proper education facility for poors and no involvement of polital prople should be there
3: good medical facity for all
4: prices of all medicines should be fixed by the government only so that it should be cheaply available to all
5: maintainance of govt buildings should be done
6: sanitation facility should be available at every square

Along with capital city of the state of Uttar Pradesh i.e. Lucknow all the State Capital of India should also be get selected as one among the top cities in the first year irrespective of Smart City Challenge round.
