There should be a mobile application which shows the current position of different local low-floor buses and the time it will take in arriving to a certain bus-stop... As per my current understanding of technology, it is not very difficult or expensive project. It will be amazingly helpful for countless people who have to waste a lot of time while waiting for bus. This way they will reach at the bus-stop right before the bus will arrive.
For people like me, it wil save at least 40+ mins a day

Provide Subsidy in Using solar energy and aware public who can afford using solar power for power use in houses.
Educate Farmers and Landowners to Collect water in pits in villages, and in city strictly implementation of rain water harvesting system in each building otherwise building maps should not be passed.
Not only the Govt. but Citizens are required to work a lot for clean city...

An important issues is: pure drinking water. The water people receive at home should be drinkable without needing any extra purification process. I would't call a city "smart" if even as basic need as pure water is not served to its citizen.
I am really glad Jaipur is selected to become a smart city. :) I am really excited to see the changes. #SmartCity #MyGov

As Jaipur Attracts Many Foreign Tourists Therefore the beautification Of Roads And Highways Should Be Done.
Govt Buildings with Attractive Architecture (like rajasthan forts and related to rajasthan culture) should be made on main road that attract people and beautifies the main roads Toll Booths on highways should set an example of good architecture
The toll booth should include Shopping complex and some big chains of Restaurants should have their Restaurant at the toll booth

The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable.

every 4 wheeler holder have a medical kit/first aids kits compulsory which provided by petrol pump on a appropriate cost like Rs 100 or any just like polution certificate a large amount collected by government because govt. provide free medical facility to public. so collect this revenue and use it to clean India.
