state of the art Public convention hall, art gallery, science and technology museum, archaeological museums with advanced digital technology should come in twin cities.Wherever traffic is more there flyovers or underpasses should be built and traffic signals having smart sensors and wide coverage, high resolution CCTV cameras should be established. This will help in managing the traffic problums in smart way.

I think we need to mainly concentrate on the cleanw energy as the best smart cities in the world have done.
1. Solar bus stations
2.Solar street lights
we need to install the solar panels on each of our bus stations including brts bus stops. we must create a digital bus shelters where In we can have digital advertising boards which contains information like temperature, government initiatives ,the main events on that day in hubli dharwad etc.we need to build as much as solar street lights

Town hall - @ J C nagar , hubbli 20 ... this land make building is in bad shape ; needs better structural design and construction with all modern amenities for public / govt functions
The garbage containers right opposite this town hall must be shifted elsewhere

The biggest menace in Hubli-Dharwad is spitting pan in every nook and corner. I would suggest spitting boxes installed at say every 100 metres.
Another important thing is Hubli-Dharwad should get 24x7 access to water.

Make every government #school smart with smart classroom initiative. However, the traditional approach of using books must still be kept alive. Amalgamation of traditional and smart approach would be a great stand. #smartclassroom, #books, #HubballiDharwad.
