#1 REGULAR (daily) REMOVAL OF GARBAGE FROM HDMC DUSTBINS... I have seen HDMC DUSTBINS stinking with garbage as they are not cleaned daily. # MORE AND MORE INSTALLATION of HDMC DUSTBINS should be made. They should be installed at every part of the city. # CLEAN & ACCESSIBLE DUSTBINS and STRICT ORDERS encourages people to use DUSTBINS rather than dumping on the roadside. (which affects the health of people as well as nature.) #smartcity #HubliDharwad
