1. Dissolve Nagar Nigam 2. Let GDA outsource all services 3. Let a private agency pick up garbage from every house in every street. This model works well in Uttarakhand. 4. Privatize electricity distribution. This will ensure electricity all the time. This works in Delhi.

Improve the road traffic situation in the city. 1 Stop building new roads and flyovers in the city. These only spawn more traffic. (Induced Demand) 2 Discourage use of personal vehicles. 3 Phase out the practice of illegal encroachments by introducing strict punishments and rules & regular checks in long term (10-20 yrs). 4 Enforcement of traffic lights to the highest levels. 5 Extreme improvement in public transportation essential. 6 No Entry zones in major markets (Chaupla etc)

My only suggestion is that any decision by a local body whether decision on infrastructural development for beautification of the city should be implemented in a qualitative and timely manner. Right now a lot of good decisions on roads, cleanliness etc are taken but they invariably remain unimplemented or if implemented are delayed and are of sub standard quality. Tks

- Un-Authorized access in every park of Ghaziabad. Even in some park you can notice unauthorized possession. - Some Nagar Nigam dustbins are on the roads from last many years. Condition of dustbins are very poor. - Vehicle used by Nagar Nigam are having very bad condition even no number plate, openly transporting waste & we can see waste fall down on the road while transportation.
