The following proposals may be considered:

By smart city, I understand a city where all residents live healthy, happily and they are equipped with all the basic facilities like transportaion, water and electricity supply for 24*7, easy access to Govt. facilities. So I strongly believe Bidhanagar is one of the most important and busiest cities in WB. So I believe traffic management is also a big challenge.
I would love to see progress in all the sector which I mentioned. And moreover pepole should live here freely, no criminal dominance.

Smart cities require digital healthcare for the quick and up-to-date information. To bring eGovernance in a Health department Patient tracking, Pharma - Stock Tracking, Goverment Schemes implementation tracking tool is important. We have ready to use cloud based web application that includes all required features.
