Thinking of Smart City Bhubaneswar will be highly appreciated by all. We expect pollution free & clean city with massive plantation and planned city. It should Prohibit massive unauthorised construction over road and open spaces in housing colonies. Citizen will expect 24 hours uniterrupted electric and water supply facilities, eradication of traffic congestion and should care for better hospital facilities for inbaitants.

There should be proper road communication facility in and around the city. Many cities in India have both inner and outer ring road but Bhubaneswar is lack behind them to get a ring road yet. To connect Dhauli with Khandagiri via Sundarpada is important for tourism point of view, which was already planned but not implemented.

Let's not copy western world on waste management. In Indian households the waste generated is very very less as we used less of packed material; with more money and advancement people will buy packet items. So ideally public should be informed of benefits of producing less wastage.
