Before starting any type of road construction, the work of drainage line and water pipeline should be completed. Because it requires huge amount to build a road, while if it is damaged for drainage or water pipeline work, then all efforts are gone.

Use of technology for creating accident-free cities, viz. speed sensors/speed guns to check over-speeding, CCTV cameras at all junctions, illumination systems on highway roads, etc.
Improved and affordable housing facilities.

Current Public transport of the city is very poor. Private Auto Rikshwa fares are too much and non affordable to poor one. Also Auto drivers are very arrogant and criminal minded. It is like if you want to visit multiple places in city in a day, you need to have your own bike or car. Due to headache of every day transport issues many citizens are buying their own vehicles(though they can not afford, with help of loans and EMIs) which is ultimately resulting in pollution and traffic jam issues.

good afternoon all
Few things I wish to highlight which are:
1. Stream rejuvenation as suggested by the WaterMan of India, himself, Mr. Rajendra Singh,
2. Rain Water harvesting at each and every household,
3. Cleanliness drive with stringent rules with strict action against those who don't follow,
4. Very rigid and strict traffic rules likewise in Pune and Mumbai.,
5. Continuous follow up of abysmal road condition of Abad through social media.

To become a smart city, first of all infrastructure should be developed that is roads, roads are very poor in this city and secondly water supply is also poor. First these issues should be solved and tourism infrastructure should be developed like transport service to historical places nearby.
