I think Every factor depend on finance.
Finance condition of a city(Mahanagar Palika) depends on Mainly taxes.
In smart city Muncipalty must be smart. Make taxes online with regular collection.
For Collection of Tax every property/ Business tax must get through ECS. That helpful for Muncipalty reduce manpower use as well as wrong tax collection

If we concentrate on pedestrian ways and cycle track, that will help to decrease the pollution level because maximum people will go their office's on cycle in a radius of 1-10 km.This type of steps will be environment friendly & healthy. Second pedestrian way is a necessity of general public, in our city there is no road for walking public, senior citizens. Because of this we can see maximum incident of road accident especially pedestrian public, students, senior citizens etc.Think Development.?

1.Infrastructure is the most lacking thing in Aurangabad.Lacklustre local body (AMC) is also the big reason for its lack of development.Roads have no foothpaths, there is no Public Transport,Roads are not well maintained & well built.Thre is massive corruption in all contracts.
2.Illegal encroachments is another problem.
3.Water supply is not streamlined.
4.No proper waste management programs.
5.Poor/No Rail Connectivity to Gujarat,Rajasthan,MP,West Bengal,UP,TN,Kerala,Karnataka

Clean as Japan, free as France, constitutional as USA, prosper as China,Russia,Germany and Canada; traditional like Itself, infrastructure like Europe and North America, gardens like Malaysia,Singapore, safety like UAE, security like middle east, and self identity like INDIA. Every aspect shud be as of international level grounds but definitely maintaining our good side identity.

As a city u should firstly implement strict laws and restrictions on the public as a city is known gov. as well as people. People here are indisciplined. And you should first develop current city then build new with women safety, people freedom, neat n clean roads which will give a path for solid waste management. Health, education, street lights, signal, gardens, trees and gunthewari problems should be solved. Gov. Machineries shud be cooperative and active and there shud b e-gov.and cleaners.

I suggest
Roads should be clean , wide , plain and smooth. There should be Foot paths to all important roads. There should be BicycleTracts attached to roads.Just like in Amstradam Holland, Multiple dustbins should be there on road (60to 70 feets distance each.)If divider between roads is wide enough then it shoule be decorated and planted with flowering plants and grass. If no space in divider then decorate road with hanging plants

I think our city should be clean, basic needs should fulfill. women safety is must, & smart city is only possible when the people in this city are smart. a big infrastructure means not a smart city.there should at least one zone in the city in which use of vehicle should be prohibited,it is call pollution free zone and in this zone only use of cycles and other pollution free vehicles which are provided by AMC .this zone is alredy exists in paris (amsterdahm). all the best Jai Maharashtra
