It would be great if start from the setting up *drainage system *water pipeline system because for this roads always are dug up and left without repair or sometimes with temporary patch work. Why special emphasis is to be given to drainage system is because as an when it rains in Allahabad, the water gets logged and whole city gets flooded in no time. So Agenda should be get the best Architect&Designers to first design the Sewage System and water supply & water supply system constructed.
