Under the ‘Smart Cities’ mission, various smart and innovative works would be under-taken in various sectors such as drinking water system, sewerage, sanitation, SWM, public ...

Under the ‘Smart Cities’ mission, various smart and innovative works would be under-taken in various sectors such as drinking water system, sewerage, sanitation, SWM, public transport, storm water drains, parks, community hall, roads, flyover and others.

Agra Municipal Corporation has started doing innovation for improving the quality of life of citizens; like LED lighting, Solid waste management , Property Tax Collection etc. Recently, Agra Municipal Corporation was Awarded for successful implementation of LED Light project. AMC also start to collect household mobile numbers and e-mail id to send information about tax dues and tax collection electronically.

Under this Mission preparation of SMART City Plan and formulate its own unique vision and strategies through citizen‘s& stakeholder’s views and suggestion on Smart City. Agra Municipal Corporation requests all to share their ideas, suggestions, vision and innovative solutions and grab this opportunity to be a part of this challenge to transform Agra into SMART CITY.

Citizens are requested to suggest innovative, sustainable and SMART solutions for the Area Based Strategies:

• Retrofitting (Planning and improvement of infrastructure in an existing built-up area);
• Redevelopment (Replacement of existing built-up area and co-creation of new layout with enhanced infrastructure);
• Greenfield Development (planning and development in new areas) and also viable
• PAN City Initiative.

Agra Municipal Corporation is looking forward for valuable suggestions from all the citizens of Agra.

The last date to submit your suggestions/ comments is 30th November, 2015.

SHOULD BE MORE ENGAGEMENT OF PUBLIC IN ADMINISTRATION AND DECISION MAKING PROCESS AND NEED OF ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT OF PEOPLE OF CITY BY PROVIDING THEM MORE OPPORTUNITY IN TOURISM, SERVICE AND SELF EMPLOYMENT SECTOR

सीवेज निकासी ओर नालियाँ तक नहीं बनी हैं। अगर कुछ हैं भी तो सब गड़बड़ क्यूंकि ठेकेदार अपनी मर्ज़ी से गलत काम करता है ओर पब्लिक की बात नहीं सुनता लीपापोती कर के अपना माल बनाके निकल जाता है। इस पर भी सरकार को धियान देना होगा की कहीं भी इस तरह का काम हो तो एक कमेटी बने जिसका काम सिर्फ उन कामो का निरीक्षण करना हो जो सरकार द्वारा ठेकेदार से करवाए जा रहे हैं। ताकि काम मैं कोई गड़बड़ न हो सके।

Solid and liquid waste management is a big issue for our city moreover immediate redevelopment of city is needed to cater to the 1.5 million something population.

The king of LOCK business bhopal city is famous other than cities in INDIA, but due to the some reasons the city's image is just going down. SO i am requesting to all the citizen of Agra to improve our city , please keep your partnership ensure..I am also thanking to all the agencies who are contributing for our city's development. I will pray to GOD that we will get the high performance result to making our city as a Smartest City......

Agra is a heritage city. It has lot of potential to be the tourist hub. In this people of Agra must keep their city clean. For achieving this objective small groups should be formed ward wise. Same time city infrastructure should also be developed by the state government. Eco friendly industries may also be developed. In This regard private public partnership model may be used.
