Dear Hon.Prime Minister
Thank you for providing such a platform where we the citizens in India can connect with you.
All these years the development has happened only in tier 1 cities. Now it is time to reverse this trend and look at developing tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Basic infrastructure is a serious issue in all these tier 2 and 3 cities

Two major problems by Private and Government Sector..
1.If it is managed by private sectors it will be costly for those who don't have such money to pay fee and other expenses but they are having good skills in their sectors what they are doing.
2.if it is managed by government then it should be well governance by the government because we find all side that the government sector is not doing work properly.
If government sector do their work properly then it will be very helpful in this.

Skill development is one of most important factor for the effectively utilization of resources and in my view initially it should be undertaken by private sector along with involvement of Govt. authorities at execution monitoring level. A skilled employee drive job activity in effective manner and due to same efficiency also enhances by increasing right hits.

Skill Development can be undertaken by private sector but there should be strict inspection as well as verification of govt. Also the development should be cost affective, job oriented & attractive to young generation.
