The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

There should be synchronization of core competecies of the public as well as private agencies. They should thoroughly analyze project requrements and prepare a list of small manageable tasks that they are proficient in as well as those they are not.

Skill development should be done by Private Participation or should be given as a special task to all IIT, NIT to bring progressive change. If it is given to Govt then it becomes another 5 year plan with budgets and corruption charges.

One suggestion--To uplift d standard ofGovt.schools,it shoud be mandatory/compulsory for those seekimg Govt. job, that they will send their childten to Govt.schools for studies. So when they frequently visit d school for any task they will note d shortcomings, needs &will think/help/suggest&make efforts to improve d standard of GOVT.school.Just imagine a class I officer's ward studies in govt.school.He shoud feel proud. He will make efforts .so that he shoud not feel shy or downgraded.Experiment it

Respected Prime Minister Modiji, I am an NRI working in Dubai, recently I have talked with an Indian from hyderabad and also one guy from my own state Kerala told me that in their passport the DOB is less what actually. And also they told me that they have forged documents and making passports just with the help of police as well as bureaucrats. Even there is a mafia is working for this. Its like any infiltrator can make an Indian PP without any security check.

An IDEA - Adopt a Govt. School: Who will adopt? Individuals or organizations Why? - Build a network of high caliber knowledge bank. What are the benefits? 1. Improve the quality of teaching in govt. schools. 2. Govt. schools has more land than pvt schools, this can be used for sports, skill development and science lab 3. Affordability- if we can restore the reputation of schools, middle class family will also enroll their kids in govt schools. 4. De-commercialization of education sector

Respected Modiji, the time has come to impose heavy fine on traffic rule breakers specially in Delhi. There seems to be no sense among Delhi people regarding the traffic rules. Also provision should be made that cops don't accept bribes from the rule breakers. In Japan, you must have seen how people are disciplined, it very easy to cross the roads their but in Delhi it is a horrifying experience. There should be some motivation for cops also, so that they can avoid taking bribe.

Respected Modiji, the growing infiltration of Bangladeshis and attempt to capture parts of Assam is a problem currently appearing like the tip of an iceberg. With the Shri Modiji coming to power in LS 2014, hopes arrived to clean this dirt. Its a very serious issue. The people are quite sure the govt. is going to take strong steps in this regard.
