Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs would empower the whole family. Manthan can become a platform where Supply Side can meet the requirements of Demand Side. However, it has to be done carefully: 1) Demand may be inflated, when it comes to doing actual business, there may not be quantifiable demand to make the things move. 2) Supply Side may be fraudulent. Any financial transaction shall be done after verifying the existence of supply side. Its GST number and registration certificate.

Honourable PM, I am putting some points regarding the subject matter..... 1) women entrepreneurs are very much capable to handle the MSME sector business bcoz she knows very well to manage all the financial things , and also they gives bank EMI on proper time. 2) most of the womens are not chewing Pan masala,gutkha or smoking cigarette ,bidi.. ,they used to eat self made food not only for them but for all the family members., so they knew how to save money as well as time. 3) collection of Banana fibre through govt. centers should be Introduced in assam and other states of north east bcoz silk (cocoon) production is going downwards yr. o yr. due to climate change and banana fibre is a good alternative of that. 4) AIDC ( assam industrial development corporation) is giving subsidy to the entrepreneurs, if the state govt. will promote it with full dedication so that women entrepreneurs will get it easily and this will helped them alot. Thanks..!

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली सुझाव महोदय हमारे देश में 70000 बच्चे रोजाना पैदा होते हैं 70000 नौकरी एवं रोजगार रोज पहला नहीं होते आप गरीबों के लिए एक लाख घर बनाते हैं दूसरी साल दस लाख गरीब पैदा हो जाते हैं टैक्स के पैसे का सदुपयोग नहीं हो पाता है महंगाई, अपराध, शिक्षित अशिक्षित बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, बिगड़ता पर्यावरण, घटती कृषि योग्य भूमि, कम होते प्राकृतिक संसाधन, सहित सभी समस्याओं की जड़ जनसंख्या है यदि जनसंख्या पर नियंत्रण नहीं किया गया तो आने वाले समय में पीने के पानी एवं भोजन के लिए विश्व युद्ध होने के आसार हैं यहां ज्यादा लिखना उचित नहीं है और ना लिख पाऊंगा ज्यादा जगह नहीं है आप स्वयं इन चीजों पर विचार करें टैक्स का पैसा विकास के काम आ सके और समस्याओं का समाधान हो सके जिस देश में तरक्की की है उसने अपने देश की जनसंख्या को नियंत्रण में रखकर ही तरक्की की है आज हम चाइना के बराबरी पर खड़े हुए हैं जनसंख्या के मामले में क्षेत्रफल की दृष्टि से भी हम चाइना से बहुत कम है इस समस्या पर ध्यान देते हुए विचार करें जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून लाने का कष्ट करें अति कृपा होगी

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली सुझाव महोदय इस समस्या का समाधान आप जरूर करें जिससे बहुसंख्यक समाज हर जगह अल्पसंख्यक ना हो जाए और अल्पसंख्यक समाज हर जगह बहुसंख्यक ना हो जाए देश के सनातन धर्म हिंदू धर्म को बचाना है वह भारतीय संस्कृति भारतीय परंपराओं संस्कारों को जीवित रखना तो इस मुद्दे पर अवश्य ध्यान दें लद्दाख के मात्र 1%,? लक्षद्वीप-मिजोरम के 2%, कश्मीर के 4%, नागालैंड के 8%, मेघालय के 11% और अरुणाचल के 29% हिंदू बहुसंख्यक कहलाते हैं लक्षद्वीप के 97%, कश्मीर के 95% और लद्दाख के 46% मुस्लिम तथा मिजोरम नागालैंड के 88%, मेघालय के 75% और मणिपुर के 42% ईसाई अल्पसंख्यक कहलाते हैं यह है दुनिया का सबसे उच्च कोटी का धर्मनिरपेक्ष देश धन्यवाद

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली सुझाव महोदय, आज हमारा देश जनसंख्या के मुकाबले में चाइना के मुकाबले पर खड़ा हुआ है क्षेत्रफल की दृष्टि से हम चाइना से बहुत कम है तभी देश का विकास संभव हो पाएगा राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून बहुत जल्दी लागू होना ही चाहिए इसकी देश को अति आवश्यकता है हमारे देश में 70 हजार बच्चे रोज पैदा होते हैं 70 हजार रोजगार, नौकरी और रोज पैदा नहीं होते क्योंकि शिक्षित अशिक्षित बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, बढ़ती महंगाई, बढ़ते अपराध, घटता जलस्तर, बिगड़ता पर्यावरण, घटती जंगल, घटती कृषि योग्य भूमि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से बचने के लिए सीमेंट कंक्रीट की रोड़ प्लास्टिक के बढ़ते प्रयोग पर तत्काल रोक लगाई जानी चाहिए आदि अनेकों समस्याओं की जड़ बढ़ती जनसंख्या है नहीं तो अगला विश्व युद्ध पीने के पानी एवं भोजन के लिए होगा इस कानून को अति शीघ्र लाया जाए तमाम समस्याओं का समाधान होगा धन्यवाद

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली सुझाव महोदय सीबीआई, प्रवर्तन निदेशालय, इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट यह सभी विभाग जब किसी नेता के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार की जांच करते हैं तो विपक्ष चिल्ला चिल्ला कर कहता है कि सरकार यह जांच करा रही है या झूठी है या झूठा फंसाया जा रहा है महोदय आप प्रधानमंत्री हैं मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं की इन जांच एजेंसियों को हमेशा के लिए कार्यवाही करने के लिए स्वतंत्र कर दिया जाए या स्वतंत्रता दे दी जाए ऐसा कोई बिल लोकसभा में लाया जाए जिससे सभी को यह एहसास हो सके कि यह एजेंसियां जो जांच कर रही है वह निष्पक्ष एवं साफ-सुथरी है भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जांच होना अति आवश्यक है जिससे राजनीति में स्वच्छता आएगी क्योंकि नेता अरबों खरबों रुपए की संपत्ति बना कर बैठे हुए हैं इस देश में हर नेता आप जैसा योगी जी जैसा लाल बहादुर शास्त्री जैसा नहीं हो सकता इन सब को एक दायरे में लाने के लिए इस तरह का बिल लोकसभा में लाना पास कराना अति आवश्यक है जिससे सब भ्रष्टाचारी एक दायरे में खड़े हो सके और उनकी संपत्तियों को जप्त किया जा सके धन्यवाद

1) We need to give equal opportunities to the women's so that they would contribute in the development of the nation as well they develop their own financial condition too. 2) What I learnt : i. Should Start small even we have very small capital. ii. Should always respect employee and treat them equally and make them feel like owners. iii. Quality matters more. iv. Degree doesn't matter to build startups. 3) These case study should be given to students in school too. It not only gives you idea but also tells you how to raise our society with minimal attention.
