Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी नमस्कारम् आज में श्री मान कोर्ट में पेंडिंग मामले से है । क्या सर नारी सशक्तिकरण के लिए कोर्ट को यदि नया कानून की आवश्यकता है तो दिया जाए । क्यों न हमलोग IAS officerऔर IPS officer से संविधान की समीक्षा करने का समय आ गया है । यदि कोई फालतू कानून है संविधान में तो उसे संशोधन किया जाना चाहिए । नहीं तो नया संविधान विशेषज्ञ द्वारा तैयार किया जाए । नारी के साथ अन्याय होता है तो गवाहों की आवश्यकता है । मेडिकल जांच हीं काफी है । जज साहब सब को टारगेट दिया जाए निश्चित सुनवाई प्रत्येक सप्ताह करना पड़ेगा । मैं खुद वकील की बेटी हूं जानती हूं की जज सब रुपए लेकर तारीख पर तारीख देते रहते हैं सुनवाई टालते रहते हैं नहीं तो जो जज को न्याय दिलाने में असक्षम है उसका वेतन और पेंशन बंद किया जाए । है सकता है आज कोर्ट में दस करोड़ मामला पेंडिंग है यह और भी बढ़ सकता है । क्या जज साहब किसी अपराधी को एक साल या उससे अधिक साल की सजा सुना देंगे क्या उसपर कारवाई हो जायेगी नहीं न तो क्यों नहीं वह सजा सुनाते हैं । क्यों न गांव जाकर पुलिस के साथ बैठक कर पंचायत में ही सुनवाई की जाए ।

Empowerment should benefit both men and women In India what's happening and what happened inEurope is womenoverpowerment and dominace ,Lets see effect of Feminism in India: 1.Boys education passing percentage is dropping at 10th and 12 th standard due to high female teachers in schools and teachers give more marks to girls way of thinking and discourage boys way of thinking 2.Opening more girls and more girls only colleges and only women should apply are against Indian Right to equal education 3.Women only recruitment is against Indian labour code 4.Women only railway station nd women only police station and women only buses are inhumane 5.No specific scheme to promote boys child education or financial assistance 6.Womens Trumpcard safety and harassment and it's been weaponised against innocent men 7.Biases laws to support women divorces,harassment even if she is the offender will play the victim card So empowerment of Women is needless empower each and every citizens of India!

The role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact. Every women get rights to self entrepreneurs in India. According to Government of India, A Woman entrepreneur is the owned and controlled by a woman.
