Sir, We all know that there is need for women empowerment . One small tip may be submitted, It is evident from the data available in the PARIVAHAN SEVA of MoRTH, that women holding license is less compared to the men. But it is not in the same pattern all over India . Some states produce more than 35 women driver out of 100 new licenses issued, but some states produce less than 5 women drivers out of 100. In other words those states who produce more women drivers will be a step ahead in their empowerment. So request you to intervene and order for a study on the above matter, i think driving license is the key to women empowerment, and it is cheapest too.
A women who attain the SKILL OF DRIVING has
1. more field of operation
2. more people to meet.
3.can do their own things without getting help from male members.
4 support family for purchasing grocery ,taking kids to school, continue her own study, etc
5.can self sufficient

Women empowerment refers to making women powerful to make them capable of deciding for themselves. Women have suffered a lot through the years at the hands of men. In earlier centuries, they were treated as almost non-existent. As if all the rights belonged to men even something as basic as voting.
