Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

अरे modi ji कुछ तो ऐसा करो कि private,govt कोई भी महिला, लड़की हो उन्हें हर महीने 4 छुट्टियां office वाले देने ही चाहिए,अगर वो छुट्टी मांगे तब भी और अगर वो नहीं मांगती तब भी, लेकिन छुट्टी मिलने के बाद हर महीने अगर वो काम पे आना चाहती है तो उन्हें उस दिन के पैसे अलग से मिलने चाहिए, तनख्वाह अलग मिलनी चाहिए, और छुट्टी अगर हर महीने उनके खाते में हैं तो मगर अगर वो नहीं ले रही है तो पैसे वो अलग मिलने चाहिए, और तनख्वाह अलग, लेकिन बेहतर यही होगा कि छुट्टी हर लड़की को, महिला को govt हो या private मिलनी ही चाहिए।

1. सभी सरकारी स्कूलों की प्रबंधन की जिम्मेदारी उसी पंचायत के स्वयं सहायता समूह के पास । 2. सभी सरकारी और निजी स्कूलों की वेशभूषा समान । 3. अध्यापको की भी वेशभूषा समान । 4. सरकारी और निजी विद्यालयों के बीच संवाद कार्यक्रम । 5. सिविल सेवक जिनका चयन नहीं हो पाता उनकी योग्यता का लाभ उठाना। 6. बच्चों में परिपक्वता का विकास के लिए समाज के बुजुर्गो का स्कूलों में अपना अनुभव साझा करना। 7. छोटी ढाणी और छोटे गांव के स्कूलों को पंचायत या उपखण्ड स्तर तक रिप्लेस करना। 8. भाषा को भाषा के रूप में पढ़ाना, विषय के रूप में नहीं जैसे सामाजिक, विज्ञान, गणित को पढ़ाया जाता है। 9. विषय संबंधी कार्यशाला‌ ( not lab )होना एक जीवंत अनुभव के लिए 10.परीक्षा प्रणाली ................ के अनुसार ??

There shoukd be total exemption of income tax for govtt employees as their total earning is already very low likewise 50% exemption shoukd be made for female business holders. Interest rates on savings of fenales (all categories) should be hiked. Any govtt emloyee of female category shoud be asked for giving three options for their appointment and they shhould be posted as per theeir suitability. Mission Shakti is very nice step and there should be some relaxations for working women category in public sector. A separate women grevience cell be started to resolve their service related matters in public and private sector both.

There are several organizations working for women entrepreneurs at global level as well as at national level. At global level the association are 'World Association of Women Entrepreneurs' and 'Associated CountryWomen of the World'. At national level notable associations are 'SelfEmployedWomenAssociation' at Ahmedabad,'Women's Univercity' at Bombay, 'Wing of NationalAlliance of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Karnataka',etc.The purpose are as follows 1To hear the problems of women entrepreneurs 2To make detailed thinking over the problems of women entrepreneurs 3To draw resonable solutions for the problems 4To channelized women ENTP and to unite them STo provide them suitable guidance and valuable Information regarding promotion of enterprises 6To initiat the feeling of friendship among women ENTP 7To enchourage administrative and development programme 8To make aware about the risks involved and to bring up the efficiency in women ENTP

Sir, महोदय जी , जो factory चालू थी NATIONAL TEXTILE CORPORATION LTD, UNIT ARATI COTTON MILLS DASNAGAR HAORA-711105, एवं अन्य 22 फैक्ट्री उसके परिवार एवं मजदूरों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने का प्रयास एवं ध्यान देने के लिए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा कार्य करें जो लॉक डाउन से उत्पादन बन्द हैं ।

Resp sir kindly review the transfer policies of different states for govtt officials (female). Is there any provision of relaxation for women employees anywhere ? Resp sir a women who is Teacher or Professor resident of Distt Haridwar she is being posted in Pithoragarh or Chamoli and an unmarried female employee of distt Uttarkashi is being posted in Udham Singh Nagar. There spouces are living with them lefting their families alone. Newly married female employees even avoid pregnancy in durgam areas. Why a resident of Pithoragarh is being posted in Dehradun and vice versa. If posting in durgam distt is essential then total tenure should not be more than five years in durgam area atleast for women candidates as their whole family get disturbed. Her husband have to live with spouces then who would look after their families and if husband is unemployed then its wastage of manpower too. So my sincere request to please look in to this matter for the sake of real women empowerment.
